Refund Policy
01. Refunds and Cancellations
We cover trades automatically based on exposure calculations. The company reserves the right to cancel any trade outside of this automatic calculation, for any reason. Arbitrage or scalping trading methods are not accepted and will be considered illegal transactions.
Refund Example
Clients are entitled to a full refund on unused funds. However, no refund will be provided if the client loses funds, and the company is not responsible for these losses. Refunds are processed upon receipt of full KYC documents and will be issued to the same payment method within 7 days, excluding transfer fees.
